1) Sweating cools down the body. In order to cool down the body, sweat needs to evaporate. When the body temperature increases, the sweat particles receives energy and breaks to bond of the particles, thus changing the sweat to water vapour. When the sweat evaporates, heat energy is released from the body. This cools down the body.
