Do Meditation or Yoga . I seriously advice you to try the * Super Brain Yoga * and * Breathing Exercises * They will surely help you a lot to cope with stress . Next , try to soothe your nerves by drawing ( That's what I always do when I am stress ) . Besides , go outing with your family members or friends . Lastly , have a frequent check up with doctors to check your stress level and if you have stress the posibities of getting hypertension is high ! Do bear in mind folks !
