Hmm.. well, an angry person may not think carefully about the consequences of the choices they make and they may act brashly and for those who really can't control their thoughts anymore, they might commit crimes or worse than that. As of the question 'which results in one's face turning red', our nervous system widens the diameter of blood vessels in our body (vasodilation) to make sure our body maintains balance when confronted with physical or emotional threats. And... anger which is an emotional threat triggers the expansion of the vessels that run very close to the skin and this expansion allows more blood to flow in than usual, turning an angry person's face into red. This process  called vasodilation is involuntary and uncontrollable.
