There are a lot of ways to make walking workout more effective. Firstly,you can increase the number of steps when jogging. This way, you'll get more exercise to your workout. Secondly, you can also quicken your pace. This will also get you more exercise to your workout. Thirdly, you should warm up before starting your workout. Stretching exercises also count as warm up,so you can do that too. Lastly, you can alternate between walking fast and walking slow. You wont feel as tired if you alternate your walking speed.
