I suppose you meant "breaking down of food molecules through enzymic action" instead of "digestion"?
If so, only nutrients at their simplest forms are able to diffuse into the villi. In example amino acids, glucose, fatty acids and monoglycerides. Most of these nutrients go through enzymic action to achieve their simplest forms though. Water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins and minerals are able to diffuse along with its medium too, if I'm not mistaken. :)
