Listening to music can help relieve us from depression and anxiety, lower our blood pressure and help our body heal from brain injuries, strokes and other medical problems. Music can help us improve our productivity and by dimishing stress and prompting us to think more clearly because everyone's life can be chaotic sometimes, even mine. Music gives us such a positive energy. Listening to music after a long day at school is the best way we can end up our day. Some days when I am having a bad day, I turn on the radio and then I found myself singing. In short I feel better, especially if One Direction (or your favourite music band) is playing on the radio.
